Terms of use
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Acceptance
By installing or using the UIFoxy extension you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
The service
UIFoxy is an extension for Chromium-based browsers that reads the open page and builds a text with the file path and line of the selected component. It does not edit code, does not access your repository and does not talk to UIFoxy servers. Everything runs in your browser.
Plans
- Free. Lets you copy up to 5 prompts a day. The counter is local to the browser and resets every day.
- Pro. Removes the daily limit and keeps a history of your last 100 prompts in your browser, for a single payment of $10. The license is lifetime and belongs to the person who bought it, in as many browsers as they use. There is no subscription and no renewal.
Purchases are processed by Stripe. If you lose the key, you can get it again from the restore page, with the email you used at checkout. Refund requests are honored within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been abused.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. You may not resell, sublicense or distribute the Pro license key.
Acceptable use
The extension acts only on the tab where you activate it. You are responsible for having permission to inspect the pages where you use it and for the content you send to any coding agent from the generated prompts.
Warranties and liability
The extension is provided as is. The code location in each prompt depends on information that the framework and the bundler expose in development mode, and it may be missing or inaccurate. The confidence label exists to signal that. We are not liable for changes made by coding agents based on the generated prompts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
